Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.

• Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.

• After verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
